This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether you’re training to lose weight, build muscle, or want to improve your athletic performance, my program will have you feeling great.

After the consultation form is filled out with valuable information about the foods you love (and hate) to eat, I will design a custom meal plan based on your current body composition, goals, commitment to exercise and will design a meal plan that rivals a restaurant menu. I want all of my clients to feel as though the meal plan is a menu they love - not a diet of restriction and food group elimination.

Your body is much like a seed that requires the right nutrients in order to thrive - just being placed in soil and sun doesn't mean that it will thrive - your body requires adequate hydration, proper amounts of food to allow the body to repair itself after strenuous workouts, and a balanced intake of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats - macronutrients - that reflect your personal activity level, your goals, and your current fitness level. More often than not, I find that underconsumption of food is the real culprit behind why people struggle to achieve the results they work hard for in the gym.

 

 

Each Transformation plan includes:

• A customized resistance training program based on your personal style (functional training, traditional, hybrid), goals, and fitness level

• A personalized cardiovascular training program based on your preferred modalities with your schedule and fitness level accounted for

• Bi-weekly progress checks via phone/video calls to review metrics, progress photo comparisons, and  to provide feedback

• A uniquely designed nutrition program with your food preferences, aversions, palate, goals and  fitness commitment in mind

• Exclusive use of app to log workouts, review training schedule, input measurements and track metrics 

• Accountability and unlimited support via email/in-app messaging or by phone/in person (with an appointment)

4 Week Transformation Plans (Month to Month) are available as well as 12 Week, 6 Month, and 12 Month Programs.
